Fire and ground sounds sexy, but you're right about being owned by your rival, rofl. xD
Water and dark, now that's another combo I really like. Though I can't think of any that are actually already water dark.
And grass and normal would make sense, but it's impossible, because no Pokemon can be a dual type with normal, except flying/normal.
And holy shiz, yea. They do look alike. That's the only thing I've noticed about the makers of Pokemon. You can tell they're running out of ideas. They either make them look like a past Pokemon, or make it into some random object in real life, or an animal. xD

I think a really cool type combo would be Ghost and Normal. It would have only one weakness! XD I made a fakemon that was Ghost and Normal type.
