I'd say only Brute force and perhaps Groudons signature moves the Akantor would win pretty easely, I mean Akantor is pretty slow but Groudon is even slower and probably has more brute force, once trapped in those jaws theres no escaping from that. Though if the Groudon learned some good TM's then the he could easely win.

Well, actually Groudon is like 30ft tall (in anime size). And with his primal form, is about 42ft tall. While Akantor is 30.5 'm' long.
