Here's a Godzilla fan art that I just found a while ago on the internet. It looks awesome, but I prefer Live-action instead of anime. I do not own this drawing, I give credits to the one who drew this. If any of you know, let me know.
Okay, scratch the last 2 sentences. Artwork belong to the all legendary Matt Frank himself. Also known asΒ Kaijusamurai .

I was actually thinking about putting him in as the main antagonist for the main final battle between good(Godzilla Jr/Super Godzilla) and evil(Bagan)

Godzilla Anime series would rival or outdo Naruto, Inuyasha, Yu-Gi-Oh, and Pokemon instantly. Why has no one done this?

Yep, and practically everyone else in anime. One of those moments where everyone is the anime universe runs away from him out of fear, "RUN AWAY!!" (Or they'd be trembling in fear at the new version of the King.)
As for your question, I have no idea, but if I had to guess it would've been ideas and talent, including finding the right voice actors instead of a budget. (Because a budget is easy, everything else that I said is hard)

Got to admit, it would be cool to see Godzilla in anime. But the problem is that they could pay more attention on the human characters instead of the monster. Just saying a theory.
