So a dear friend of mine on Discord, gave me a cool "What if" idea on what Gardevoir would looked like with a dress similar to Toxapex's "Dome Hair". And boi, did I had a lot of fun drawing this. ^^Gonna give a huge thank you shoutout to Stew52 Β for the idea. Had a blast messing with the coloring.
