The Millenium Ranger is one of Elite Rangers that protect Metaverse City. Althought he has not seen much action in the field he is a valued member of the Metaverse team. Using his powers to traverse time and space, he can jump slide between realities and see almost every possible out come before it happens. Although not prone to fighting , he is not powerless.
