Yay this is my new character which I created at school XP His name is Thunder. He is kinda young, and he has no wings, but he has very strong legs, so he can run ultimate fast
And his elements are earth and electric : D I know he has kinda weird design but oh well, thats what I came to : D I've been drawing him alot in these days 8 D So I decided to make a ref sheet : D I used some funny effects on here XDMade with: GIMP and tablet

Well yeah, they could be a bit longer so they could look a bit stronger x DD Well, he can be drawn without the scarf : D But it was originally in my drawing that I made in school so I decided to keep it : D x D But thanks!
