I know crossover pairings aren't that popular, but I'm a fan of both of these series and I noticed that these two act way too similar. For example in Kingdom Hearts Sora is usually too carefree for his own good. He always thinks that things are going to end okay, and he's usually right. In the series it is said multiple times that Sora will open the door to the light, meaning that he's the one that will free aqua from the realm of darkness and wake up ventus. meanwhile in RWBY Ruby is always optimistic of what will happen even if things don't always look too good. She also has a hidden power that isn't exactly fully explained in universe.
