This was just a doodle in a notebook. Regarding the high/low notes, the "yard", which is a series of parallel tracks where cars are rerouted to different trains, is the highest point of the layout. Going clockwise, you end up at the "crossing". At that point, the track is at its lowest visual point. It then goes into a tunnel and into under-layout staging where trains can be stored to mock long trips. Trains then exit the tunnel, cross over the high track in the "crossing" and come back around to the yard.
That other "layout" there in the corner was just a brainfart that got in the way while cropping.

I was very confused until I realized that A goes to A. Teleportatioooon!

It's not teleportation. Underground staging connects the tunnels.

Teleportation would be cooler.

It isn't a circuit? The only model train tracks I remember putting together were simple ellipses with the train going round and round. This looks like a fun track though.

It's a complete circuit. It's more like a convoluted figure-eight. If you trace the loop (and make sure that when you hit one tunnel portal marked "A", that you jump to the other because they are connected ), you'll end up back where you began.

Ok. It's hard to tell, and I wasn't sure.
