Loved this episode. Raph always comes across as gruff and rude and mean (which he is most times), but inside him beats a fiercely loyal heart that has love enough to fill the sky. LOVE YOUR ART!

I might be completely off, but I think it's the elder blind lady Raph meets in the 2003 series when he was running from the Foot (or Purple Dragons, don't remember). He got separated from his brothers and to escape went into her house. She has a cat, which meows and calls her attention.
She is actually one of the few living things to bring out the softer side of our thick headed turtle as she even gets him to drink tea in a properly manner. He also really cares for her in exchange.
