This is 's character Skalia. I decided to draw her for practice (originally it was going to be full body but I can't seem to get out of my comfort zone of portraits).I used a combination of Isriana's cosplay of Skalia [link] and her own awesome drawing [link]

Hey my Imperial has the same tattoo over his eye! It's red however.
