Arctic Dragon for a contest over at Elite-Dragon-Artists

This Dragon spends most of its time in small clans of 4-6. While unable to fly, the appear to glide in the water much like the penguin he is about to snack on. When asked what there appearance resembles you could say a Walrus Polar bear whale like mix. Its fluffy fur covers about 70% of its body. It can curl into a ball to stay warm when on its own but often seen huddling with its clan on the cold winter nights.
