Even with reference, drawing hands from that angle can be very very challenging, and you pulled it off perfectly.
The thick lines don't clash with the realist style of the rest (her tail and top decorations).

Just an overall stunning piece.

Her face is beautiful and you mixed hard lines, textures with soft features and its kinda weird to me, but I like it. Her hand kind of startled me though!
