Contest entry for DragonsPixels 's contest.

This guy is a wolf/eastern dragon mix hybrid. I notice that many people go for western dragons when thinking up charas like this, but as his name is 'Sentinel' I figured an eastern dragon would fit better as they are traditionally these wise guardians in mythology whereas western dragons are more violent and 'DESTROY ALL OF THE THINGS' types.

His body is mainly a large wolf, with a slightly longer muzzle + ears and a dragon tail. The dark blue/grey bits are scaly and are his natural body armour (again, linking back to the idea of a warrior kinda chara). The orbs in his horns are obsidian and give him the ability to sense life force nearby. He has longer claws than normal wolves and on his back legs has two 'spur'-like spines that he uses if he needs to fight.

If he doesn't win, he'll be up for adoption probably. Or I might keep him
