Just decided to play around with some new tools on my tablet, and why not draw more Shiggy art, right? Lol I'm pretty happy about learning using layers and new tools, and the shading on his eyes and mouth went pretty well! I feel like I always want to make his hair floofier than it actually is too lol. Oh well, just practice and fun!
