It was this method where I used the darkest version of the color, then used grayscale tones of those colors, then had a top final layer with low opacity rich colors. All except the base dark color was done with low flow and opacity with pressure affecting size and opacity

Ooooohhh interesting. Thank you! ^_^ Yeahhh i'm starting to do that sort of thing where i mix around with the opacity of layers instead of just the opacity of the brushes. It's been giving me some nice results ^_^
Agh but still the colours in this art are so rich and smooooth! I hope i can make something to this level one day
