Other notes: Abysswings are ruled by emperors and empresses. There are certain parts of the ocean they are forbidden to travel because deadly predators live there. They will die under too little pressure and cannot survive naturally outside of the midnight zone. Animus dragons do exist and are allowed to use their power freely under one condition: what they enchanted must benefit the tribe and be approved the the current emperor. Some enchanted abysswing items include: necklaces that let abysswings travel to surface waters to contact coralwings and Kelpwings, necklaces that let coralwings and Kelpwings(and, perhaps later, seawings) withstand the immense pressures of the deep to contact abysswings, and bracelets that make the wearer invulnerable and taste awful, allowing for exploration. There are most certainly other enchanted things, feel free to make up whatever you wish!
