Notable Feats:

Strength/Endurance - Being among one of the strongest if not THE strongest hero on Metis Earth with strength alone, Goliath on many occasions has stopped or held island sized debris, moons, and even planets for long periods of time. But many of the smartest people of earth along with cosmic beings all state in similar fashion, "His strength cap cannot be determined for it may never end." In combat, Goliath is as strong as they come, Standing toe to toe and remain standing against some of the strongest other universes may offer.

Raw Speed/Combat Speed - When it comes to deceptive looks, Goliath is among those who define it. When running at full speed, Goliath clocks in at just over mach 1 (767+ mph) pre-amped up. Along with running, his agility is of top of the line professional gymnist excellence. As impressive at those may be to some however, his combat speed overcomes these. Goliath is no stranger to speedsters, whether they be native or cosmic. In many "fake fights" in which both skirmish as if they were foe's. Omega, Silver Surfer, and The Flash whom all go light speed or slightly greater. The majority of time Goliath only needs to catch them once and the play skirmish ends.

Healing Factor - Like The Hulk along with a few select others, Goliath can regenerate skin/muscle issue, entire limbs/organs, along with fighting off deadly illnesses and toxins. He has experienced being ripped and torn limb by limb, gutted from the inside, and even came back from being sliced from his shoulder to all the down to his hip by reconnecting himself to his lower body. But that's IF you are able to get past his massive fists and a hide that is 17 times tougher than any Titanium alloys.

Ultimate Feats:
- Survive an encounter with his universes Atlas, whom holds the weight of the entire Specter-Multiverse and a "hefty" sector of Non-Existence. Goliath went toe-toe, eventually amounting his emotions into an immense strength suitable enough to defeat Atlas. Another notable feat of strength is when Goliath held Metis Earth (which is the size of Jupiter and three times Jupiter's mass) from parting, which he did without outside aid.

- On a surprising number of occasions, Goliath has equaled or even out smarted beings the likes of the High Evolutionary, Apocalypse, Brainiac, Galactus, Imperiax, and an 5th dimensional imp.

- When accessing his caged power via emotions pertaining to anguish, pain, and sorrow, Goliath's Speed, Strength, Endurance/Durability, and Healing Factor are immensely increased along with an added bonus. From the base speed of mach 1 to mach 5 (~3,836 mph), His Strength is increased to a Multi-Planetary buster. Their durability is upgraded to withstand the full force of powerful cosmic blasts, Endurance amounts to nigh-limitless stamina, Healing Factor is bumped up to instant recovery, and the added power to his arsenal is energy projection (Mostly used to amplify the force and damage dealt with his attacks).
