ok this is one of two of my Contest entries for s dragon contest ^^
this dragon is a Firelight-Dragon it flies using the ribbons on it's back the orange spikes on him are very poisonous and he has two faces joined into one
TIME TOOK:

I really like how it was done. The backsground is really cool and it allow the dragon to literally shine. From far away, it looks really bright and colorful, but I notice that you used darker shades of color. Its like a weird illusion. Overall, nice job. I hope you win the contest.
