ok this is my 2nd entry to dragon contest
this dragon is a male racer Dragon, his long front legs are strong and fast and hold most his body weight, when his back legs are that of a spotless cheetah and can help him race fast across the plains were he lives. His long neck is that of a giraffe and a head dress to impress the females of his species each Male racers has different Colors the brighter the colors the better the chance is he will get a mate and be a leader one day.
TIME TOOK:
to draw: 6hr.
to ink: 3hr.
to color: 6hr.
altogether: 15hr.

General critique coming right up! (As requested. 
Rawr, he looks speedy! I would not want to be on the receiving end and watch him race toward me over the plains. (Hopefully not hungry! O.o )
The lines and shading are done very nicely - the lines are very crisp and sharp. The colours work together very nicely, but, unfortunately for him, I don't think he'd have a too easy time trying to camouflage himself - he's very nice and bright. (Of course, if you can run fast, predators are most likely not a problem. ^^ ) Working with more natural colours will give your creature a more realistic/believable feel - even if he is for a 'weird dragon' contest, making the dragon believable but weird at the same time will give you a huge advantage.
There are just a few anatomy slips... He looks kind of stiff - especially in his front legs. Try angling them a bit differently - putting one on the ground, holding them closer to his chest, scratching his chin, whatever - to give him a more relaxed feel. His back legs also look a bit stiff. Just play with the angles of the joints to help balance him a bit better.
Also, if he's relying on those two skinny back legs to keep all that body upright, he better go to the gym pretty frequently! Just like any animal, real or fantasy, they're going to need muscle to move and to function. If he's using only those legs to balance himself and rip around, you'll need to really buff them up. Don't be afraid to give him some steroids, lol! XD
The background is nice. He's standing on stone...stone...stone...cloud? The base of the rocks looks really nice - shading, angles, etc. But, as we creep farther up the rock face, the rocks get a little lumpier and a bit rounder - they almost look like a mass of storm clouds, especially how they bank around over-top of him. Try keeping the angles of the rocks steep and try adding little cracks and such to their faces - little nuances like that will bring much more detail into your work and really add some spice!
He's a very cool creature! Despite being a 'weird dragon', you tackled him really well!

thank you so much for the critique on this pic of mind i'm trying so hard to make my Back grounds look better i normally never do them ... and i seem to like doing rocks but when i did these rocks i thought of like Africa plains and their rock are mostly smooth and since he's a male he is brightly colored to bring the females closer and to wared off other males he runs with his front legs the back one just run with him most his weight is in the front and i agree with the stiff thing with the legs and i should of added more steroids into him with the back legs XD
but thanx again for the help i still hope it's good enough to win

the white one has a scar over her left eye, and white on the back of her wings and her fire breath White with gold and sliver in it [link] <----- REF
the Black one has 3 scars like claws marks on her right side of her neck front claws a jagged and back feet look like raptor claws and her Fire Breath is Black with Green
