This is my entry for s3rendip1tous 's contest.Because this is a picture of a picture you lose some detail, but I made sure she still had freckles and I have some turquoise blue that is hard to see. I personally liked Cobalt's original costume so I kept a lot of similarities. On her sleeves and top there is blue fading into white. I thought about adding a cape but wasn't sure if she was a cape person. Honestly this was alot of fun, I hope you like her!
