Calurus is the master of the planes that he calls home. It is rumored that he takes fierce pride in the safety of all travelers through his domain, and that he takes particular pleasure in thwarting the advances of bandits and highwaymen.
No one knows where Calurus came from, or really even what he is, for no one has ever seen a Hawkman before, and certainly have never seen a Hawkwoman.

Second miniature from my mini swap at work. Strange hawk-man thingy. I told my customer that I wanted to do him in more subtle colors, as I thought that this miniature would probably be often painted in garish colors. So I decided to do him in red-tailed hawk colors. Hence where his name comes from.
