Commissioned by a friend. And no, commissions are not back up yet.
He wanted his team and himself (first Reshiram) in PKMN Crossing's style. You can see them here:
It's a bit disheartening that the group closed down all those months ago, as I regret not participating as much as I wanted to in it. Oh well.
