Here's my take on what its ability could be: Assuming it's just as fast or even faster than regular Flygon, Sand Rush is a bit unnecessary on it. Maybe it could be Sand Veil, or if you're not into evasion hax, you could make it Tinted Lens because of its Kamina shades?
Unless it's supposed to be slower than regular Flygon. In that case, my mistake.

Personally, I'd say 100 base Speed is high enough for it to not have Sand Rush. Sure, it's not the fastest, but combined with Sand Rush it's pretty overkill.

Y'know, Gen 3's Dragons kinda got Shafted when it came to Megas. No Mega Flygon, no Mega Salamence, not even a Mega Metagross... Also I find it odd that Gen 6 has no new Pokemon that can Mega Evolve.

Srry for not goin by your description but I do think some of them look like they would have a different typing and would be better of being played with other abilities its just my personal thought but the mega evolution it self looks BADASS please make mega Meganium PLZ!!
