Okay, this is literally how I imagine Mega Flygon to be like..
I mean Mega Salamence is a thing.. for some odd reason, it didn't need one..
It's quite a shame this beautiful thing never got the mega it deserves.

It's a shame that Flygon doesn't have an actual Mega Evolution. Artist's Block can definitely do that to the developers.
Anyway, I know that this deviation was made before OmegaRuby and AlphaSapphire existed, but since Vibrava is able to learn Boomburst and Bug Buzz in those games, I would think that a possible Mega Evolution for Flygon would be special attack focused.
- HP: 80 -> 80 (0)
- Attack: 100 -> 100 (0)
- Defense: 80 -> 90 (+10)
- SP ATK: 80 -> 140 (+60)
- SP DEF: 80 -> 90 (+10)
- Speed: 100 -> 120 (+20)
- Total: 520 -> 620 (+100)
Mega Flygon would've also had a new ability, which I would call Draconate; it changes Normal-type attacks into Dragon-type attacks, and multiplies their base power by 1.2x. A Dragon-type Boomburst would definitely be something to be aware of.

Flygon seems to be a hard Pokemon to Mega-evolve, heck even Game Freak couldn't come up with a design, but this is probably the best fan design fo one I've seen. Good Job.
