No, Godzilla is not female. Primarily because heβs KING of the Monsters.

That is only a given title. There are many instances of animals given male or female titles despite some inaccuracies. Ex. Lion are the 'King of the jungle' despite there being female lions. or Clown fishes can be called a he, but in reality, they can change their sex to be of female.
Doing a bit of research myself, I found that in some incarnations of Godzilla, was female or at least reproduces through eggs without requiring a mate. So Godzilla, is the king of monster, by title, but also a female at the same time.
