This is an art trade image drawn of Bleach OC, Kaminari Kita [link] and [link] Only Skye has the privilege
to own the original image and post as she pleases in whatever size she wants.

Firstly, Espada's are the top ranking Arrancars and their followers are known as Fraccion. Kaminari is the
Bleach OC Fraccion of Grimmjow Jaegerjaquez and so to do a play on words, instead of "a fraction of your
time" I did "a fraccion of your time."
See what I did there?

Secondly, as usual, I'd like to stress that I normally do not actively take on commissions, requests, or collabs.

With that said, sometimes I'll get a comment every once in a while of a user asking me to do a request, which
on once in a blue moon I will say yes to 1% of the time. However, this is a very first time a user has
offered an art trade instead of just expecting a free image. I kindly let Skye know that I would think about it
and then a few months later after crazy in my life had died down a bit, I got an in artistry mood and decided
to take on the art trade.

What makes an art trade special is not the exchange of equal effort. It is not the exchange of what can two
people get out of each other that would be identical in detail and depth. That is how it should never be defined.
An art trade is and should be the act of two individuals taking time out of their day, schedule, or daily life
to set themselves aside and give back to the community in some form or fashion. It is about caring and thinking
of someone else other than ourselves. One could easily argue that if they trade with someone below their skill level
or caliber, that the more talented artist is putting in more effort in time. In technicalities one could agree, but in
reality that is not how it is. What may seem rather easy to one person, might be entirely difficult to another.
So it is wrong to try to set lines or definitions of what is more effort to one person than another.

The bottom line is, took time out of her day to set aside just for me to do a drawing of one of my Bleach OC, characters of choice and this is the result

I too have taken time out of my schedule to set aside just for SkyeLentNight to make something special for
her that she will never forget, something to add a little joy to her day. That my friends is the reward behind the art piece.

So in the spirit of giving and Christmas and the recent Thanksgiving, I present to you...an art trade.

"Can you draw my OC Kaminari with Grimmjow?"

The information was as simple as that. I emailed back asking if there was anything more specific than requested as to which she replied

Hmmmm anything specific? I guess something a little dirty a sexy make out moment perhaps that is really all I can think of...if you have any ideas on your own I don't mind if ya use them whatsoever XP

It was pretty open ended on what she wanted, so I wanted to be just as fair on my end of the trade as I stated back in reply, "Dirty huh? I can do dirty LOL." And then I stated "You can pick one of my Bleach OC's to draw, whichever strikes your fancy the most...Surprise me!"

So yeah, pretty simple trade off. Nothing too complicated, open ended and easy going, and nothing too stressful. It's not very fun when it's stressful.
