Been good, my kneecap popped out of place a few days ago, but other than that I'm good

yeah, the constant spontaniously large portions of pain, the constant iritation of feeling like the inside of my knee needs to be itched or stretched but can't, the inability to run without a knee brace... just pain all around

yeah, I love my mum's and dad's genetics >.< she has it too, but for her it's not so bad, which is completely unfair... but then again she also has arthritis in multiple joints and bursitis in her elbow as well as her knee... all in all we're both broken XD

the one thing I find funny about it, is I keep making fun of myself when it's hurting, by reffering to myself as an old man XD
