Eevee evolves the battle

Gimmicks and changes to character: for this I made eevee have the powers from its evolutions for the sake of having a more advanced move set and for some attacks I’ll bet taking moves from TM’s eevee is able to use

Stats
Weight: around Pikachu and Kirby

Movement opponents: 2 jumps and crawl

Bonus: when shielding or perfect shielding it uses the move protect

Standard moves
Jab: a 3 hit jab where eevee swipes with both paws one after the other for the first 2 hits the ends with a headbutt

Dash: eevee uses tackle rushing forward for a fix distance

Side tilt: eevee uses quick attack dashing forward a shot distance before returning to the spot it was before

Up tilt: eevee dose a handstanding kick up

Down tilt: uses sand attack which has it kick a small amount of sand forward that deals small flinging damage (good for combo set ups)

Smash attacks
Side smash: eevee uses swift firing a storm of stars forward hits at very long ranges but has a low amount of power (can still kill)

Up smash: eevee rolls onto its back and uses hyper beam straight up (yes I know eevee can’t learn hyper beam or get it from TM’s but I couldn’t think of anything else)

Down smash: eevee spins in its head and uses shadow ball firing 2 shadow ball projectiles on both sides

Now for some of the aerials and all the specials eevee will get power from the other eeveelutions for stronger attacks (for context let’s say eevee went to the other eeveelutions for very special training for smash)

Aerials
Neutral air: eevee spins in the air using iron tail it has short range but hits surprisingly hard

Forward air: eevee blast a hyper voice straight forward

Back air: eevee flips upside down and uses electro ball

Up air: eevee flys straight up while using flare blitz

Down air: eevee uses body slam, if eevee doesn’t hits an opponent it will be stunned after hitting the ground

Grab, throw and pummel
Eevee grabs by bitting the foe and pummels by using crunch, fire, thunder and ice fang
Forward throw: eevee uses a short range double edge, the strongest throw but dose leave eevee open for attack

Back throw: eevee uses substitute having the clone tackle from behind

Up throw: grab version of its up smash

Down throw: eevee flips sending the foe under itself and lands a head butt straight down

Special attacks
Neutral special: eevee uses ether shadow ball, water pulse, or energy ball. Taping special has eevee use one of these at random but holding allows you to pick which attack you use. Shadow ball has the best damage but is slow and doesn’t go that far, electro ball has good speed but is the worst for damage and has a moderate range, energy ball has the best range but the worst speed and mid damage

Side special: eevee use ether aqua jet, wild charge or flair blitz. Same rules as neutral flair blitz has best damage worst speed, Aqua jet is the middle in both damage and speed, wild charge is the fastest but weakest

Up special: eevee use psybeam, dark pulse or moon blast at the ground sending it up. Same rules as the other specials. Moon blast sends eevee the highest but has the worst damage, dark pulse is middle of the road, psybeam has the worst elevation but best damage

Down special: eevee uses ether seed boom or hail. Same rules as the other specials. Seed boom makes 2 explosions on ether side of it and hail has it send some ice right under it (both deal the same damage)

Final smash: Eeveelution onslaught
Eevee uses extreme eevobost calling all the eeveelutions if any of them hit a foe as they come in they are pulled in to a cinematic final smash where all the eeveelutions use their type specific Z moves to deal a ton of damage

Pit: What's that eevee doing out of the Pokeball's?
Palutena: Anyone can be a fighter pit no mater how unexpected.
Viridi: Let's see about your opponent. Eevee is a normal type Pokémon and is number 133 in the national Pokedex, it can evolve into 8 different types giving it the most evolutions out of any Pokémon.
Pit: Wow that's a versatile Pokémon.
Palutena: Yes but today you're only dealing with just eevee none of it's evolutions but that doesn't mean you should lower your guard, this eevee has powerful attacks with differing versions for different situations.
Pit: Got it keep on my toes and don't underestimate it.

Eevee comes out of a pokeball ready to fight

Taunts
Up taunt: eevee dose a back flip while saying “eevee” very excitedly

Side taunt: eevee jumps around in a circle happily

Down taunt: eevee dose it’s own version of pikachus down taunt

Victory screen
Lose screen: eevee shakes it’s head before looking happy for the victor

1: eevee runs around flareon, vaporeon and jolteon before the 4 of them pose

2: eevee floats through the air being lifted by espeon as umbreon watches

3: eevee rids in on glaceons back as leafeon runs in with them

4: (yes I’m giving eevee bonus victory screens) eevee stands on screen before sylveon plays guess who with eevee before eevee realizes who it is and hugs sylveon

5: (only if you win with a final smash) all the eeveelutions stand victorious as eevee dose some victory flips
