I know. I am change an ineresting 'Category' for this picture, but I didn't know really which one I shall elect. So I toggled this, because the design is existent it's from the well-known anime. Code Geass.So we may say it is a "fanart". I saw it the year when present it. I am just make it with in 3D (3Ds Max). I recommend to everybody to see the anime.
It made a deep impression on me.
