Theme: BirdsHollow Unohana and Isane.
And I noticed I do a lot of Bird-type Hollows or Hollows with Bird Parts. Or Hollolws which look like they are made from Metal, for that matters.

In my headcanon only really strong people manage to change into a Hollow.
And hanataro... well, he isn't strong enough

Hanatarou took a direct hit to the chest from a Lieutenant strength Shinigami, Survived the explosion of Senbonsakura Kageyoshi's... I think that was some kinda Super Gokei, And continue'd to bleed out while Byakuya finished off Zommari. Was absolutely fine after about 30 seconds of healing. He's a LOT stronger than he looks or lets on XD

...But I haven't designed a Hollow Version for him.
Besides, I thought that this Hollows are the Hollow Versions of the Shinigami (like Ichigo and Hichigo)and only the Vice Captains and Captains (and some additional ones )have managed to unleash the Released shape
