Uh...Just that you know- Galactus is the guy who defeated a whole bunch of Primordial GodsΒ and even killed one of them at the beginning of time. Galactus isΒ the biggest and meanest thing in the Marvel Universe- and he did get an upgrade in the latest issues too- from Planets devouring to Planets creating.

Nah, I don't think so. First off: there are several Alien races in Marvel with Blue Skins. Centaurians and Jotnar to name some. And even if the Atlanteans are actually offshoot of the Kree their language would already have been altered due to normal language evolution that it'd be another language alltogether.
Also, in some comics you see very clearly that Kree speak Wingdings.
