Your super man pics look ok, but your Bizarro, sadly to say, are not!
You have simply mirrored and changed skin colour.
If you were a true fan, you would see there are much more diffrences then just that.
Also, your "battle damage" is just removed colour....
Where are the bruises, skin cuts, damage, scuffs and genral "dirt" patches superman gets when in a fight he is being damaged in.
Sorry to sound harsh, but yeah, just trying to point a few things out, good start tho.

oh i know there are differences. problem is that my model with the traditional Bizarro skin cracks kept discoloring on me. and yes, it's a mirror. these are concepts, not perfect but mostly to give an idea of something.
as for battle-damage, you're quite correct. lol I can only maintain this: he heals fast. the dirt/etc, here again I plead "concept designs".

maybe, maybe not. but it's what I have to work with and I'm still creating *something*. concept designs, not perfect, but they get me thinking.

There are plenty of free art programs out there better than ms paint. If you want to draw something that look more like art and less like something that belongs on photobucket, you should probably hone your skills on those.
