Hey dude, Gailan is a character from one of my friend's (the guy who made the Tsholv drawing I showed you) Dragon Ball doujinshi, which is called Dragon Ball Ultimus. He asked if I could do some modding requests for him and add SSJ3 hair (as shown in the pic) to this Gailan mod someone, that else who is helping him with some mods made.
