Description
First: Jay and Theresa are from an awesome show called Class of the Titans. I neither own the characters nor the show, but I do encourage any fan to check out the director's (Brad Goodchild's) website, [link] and see what kind of goodies he's got posted.

Second: A little history lesson.
Theresa's dress is from the (American) Civil War period. During this time, women wore hoop skirts under their actual skirt which had strips of boning (long, thin, metal peices) inside them to give dresses that bell shape. To be more historically accurate, Theresa's sleeves should be more off the shoulder since it's a ball dress, but I was lazy. (In contrast, day dresses didn't show any arm or chest whatsoever.) Also, her hair is totally inaccurate. Women usually wore their hair in tight ringlettes (think Shirley Temple) but again; I was lazy - and not suicidal. She'd also be wearing a corset and underpinnings and her bodice would lace up at the back.
As for Jay, I don't honestly remember what the male's evening outfit looks like for the time period, so his suit is taken more from the regency era because I like the coat tails. (But I also took some artistic liberty with his outfit so don't hold it against me!)
