The story behind his tech:
Caleb was unfortunantly born with some deficiencies in his wings. His wings would become weak easily leaving him grounded. Unable to fly despite his wings Caleb lived in isolation away from everyone else, In fear they would bully him.
He used this isolation to learn how to manipulate technology and built his own Armour, including an upgrade for his wings that made his dream of flight achievable. In doing so he gained his mark, The mark of technologic progress.

His tech wings allow for him to blast around at hyper-sonic speeds; This came with a sight issue though. So he went back to inventing and made the goggels he wears. He also wears a saddle pack that can open to reveal arm-appendages (Like the Clemontic gear) .
His boots allow for the best traction when galloping however he only made them to match the device and look cool. His pendant is a gift he recieved from his parents as a foal. It was a gift bestowed to him to remind him that even with a disability he is still a gem on the planet

Facts
-His original design had missiles in his wings (He was originally built for combat)
-The idea of his disability being added is a recent addition. (Im pretty sure they have no characters with deficiencies...)
-His name is inspired by a Sugar Rush Roleplayer i had befriended around the time i made him
-He has no intention in love,Just getting friends is enough of a challenge for him at the moment
-He (Like me) speaks with a British ascent. Some people find his voice cute but personally... he just doesn`t hear it
