Digi sat at the end of the cliff. Swizzles words had cut deep. He could just jump off and kill himself if he wanted but then where would that leave Tekz, Bubble and everyone else? Thoughts argued in his head like bickering birds. Digi pulled himself off the ground and walked over to the stone slabs that together made a sort of bench. He shook his head, Did he `really` just think about suicide? He clicked his tongue at disappointment off himself . Things had only got better since being re-animated, so what if Swizzle was being a jerk! It didn`t cost Digi’s life! It was only then that Digi realized he had left his kart and more importantly his intercom on radio! `shiz` Digi thought, Knowing his karts battery would quickly run out if he didn`t turn it off. He was about to get up but then stopped as `Fireflies` came on. He had only heard the song a few times but already had grasped the lyrics. It was a nice song and he really liked it. He began to sing along in his soft velvety voice, as he does when he sings. It was strange. Although the song was supposed to be happy and uplifting, with every chorus Digi found himself thinking more about Bubble and therefore feeling sadder. The song ended and digi had completely forgotten that it was his kart playing music! There was a click as the music stopped and the kart turned off! Digi jumped, He didn`t do it! What did?!?! He jumped out the seat and turned “Name your reason and name you’re here! He slipped up vocally! There was a teenage male standing by Digi`s kart, The boy Chuckled .“Relax” He simply instructed “You mind if I sit with? I`ll explain everything!”
From what Digi could gather from the boys over-complicated rambling his name was Antony and he came from outside the game world, like Crona! But the most shocking news was to come. “WHAT!?!”Digi shouted “You helped my creation, I refuse to believe it” He shouted angrily. Faced with Digi in such a way Antony just stayed calm, “I helped Crona find your files… Hiding them under Past wasn`t exactly the best idea! He had a pretty dark past you know”. Digi looked at his feet, his emotion changed quickly to depressed “ I thought he would remember me if I did that and then investigate…. “Digi moaned quietly. “Hey Its ok!”Antony smiled ”By the way you did the right thing not attack swizzle back there. “ Digi quickly stared at Antony. How the Hell did he know that! Antony got up and walked into a clearing, He looked into the sky “ See you later Didg, I gotta go. School soon! Oh and by the way, I think you`ll find Bubble needs you!” Just as Digi was about to ask questions Antony vaporized in light and vanished. Digi slapped himself figuring he was just hallucinating again, He jumped back in his kart and drove home. It was late now, about nine pm. He drove straight home and ran upstairs without even a simple hello to Tekz. He jumped onto his bed and hugged his pillow, Holding it close to his face. Even though it had been a week Digi could still smell Bubble`s scent on the pillow… and it made him feel safe and at peace! Softly he began to cry.
