Your art style is very nice, but the crazy colors distract from it greatly. Try some more natural colors or duller colors besides neons, and  try less random markings. Maybe find a consistent pattern on your character. And hair on a dragon or lion makes no sense! Maybe a tuft of fur on the head would be much more fitting.

You dont have to follow this advice, but I advise you at least try to dull the colors! Your eyes should not get strained by looking at a character, idk about you, but mine did.
