Description
I finally decided to make a little animation here for DeviantART X3This took 3 hours because I had to find software which would actually work to make a flash animation
I may do more of these in the future and with music too XD
This is also going to be my icon so there is no shading :3

I'll... But I'm not sure if I could to do without Tablet, the graphic program isn't the problem ( Gimp is freeware ) but I have no moneys for my own tablet.

I'm wonder about the things:
-How ot use it
-Is this easy to use
-And, is this freeware

It is pretty easy to use once you get used to the tools
I use the vector tool for the lineart because you get smoother lines and you can stretch them in any way possible
Plus you can use the bucket tool to colour your lineart and if you set it to precise you can fill the Lineart without leaving any white
Best format to save your images is PNG
It's quite hard to describe XD
I might actually make a tutorial on how I do my images if it helps anyone who is new to SAI
SAI is not free from the producers but I know where you can get the hacked free version which is what I have

It took alot of effort to make because I had to find software that would save it without any stupid please buy the full version to save thing on
I made the images on Painttool SAI and animated it using Easy Gif Animator :3
