The character is a nurse shark-ice dragon hybrid (DragonShark)!

-Goes by she/they pronouns
-father was a nurse shark and mother is an ice dragonΒ
-under the influence of a curse caused by their bracelet (reason for the dark eye)
-The curse causes makes her able to element-bend ice, but if she uses too much of the power in a day, she turns into a shadow demon
-Can breath ice breath due to ice dragon genes
-and the rest is up to you!!
