Description
So Im here with a new contest for you. the ones that want to participate the bases are:1. Every Week during 4 weeks, you must made a Colourful, Crazy and awesome design.
2. It must have at least 4 combinations of colours.
3. You must draw one OC or an Official Character.
4. You have to submit at the end of the week.
THE CONTEST STARTS ON JULY 8 AND ENDS JULY 29.
The 4 Rounds are:
ROUND 1: Colourful Short Dress
ROUND 2: Colourful Long Dress
ROUND 3: Colourful Angelical design
ROUND 4: Your own Design of Colour Explosion.
PRIZES:
Winner 1: 2 Request, One Casual Outfit, One Celtix Transformation and a Colourful Design.
Winner 2: 1 Request, One casual Outfit, Colourful Design
Winner 3: Colourful Design

sorry but your entry is late... I really like your dress! it's amazing and actually I tried to make dresses like this but they never look good!
it's hard to me and it's more difficult because of this beautiful work but it will be unfair for the others... D: ahh I'm so sad!
