mmmm Gneffer the magical. He seems like... the crazy uncle or something to me. Like, he's not quite 'evil' like Four-Eye and Grennian, but he's not exactly a good guy either.

Thats kinda how I feel, but I love the way he is depicted in her work. Esecially the ones where he is using magic. I like Grennian and of course Sin also =]

So awesome on a number of levels <3 The background is simple enough, but it really stands out and is original ^^ Not to mention the fox itself, which is absolutely gorgeous. I like how you did cross stitching, I can never seem to pull it off XD

Thank you!! <3 I got the idea for the background from a friend and then tried to make it my own. I like drawing those swirly things XD I have practiced cross-hatching a lot recently and I'm glad you like it

Mikado is also one of my favorite characters by Culpeo... the other one has the name I can't figure out how to pronounce (If you read this, I don't mean to sound rude. I've been meaning to ask, but haven't gotten around to it. My apologies).

I liked the one she did with him smoking his pipe in the dark. I liked Cheesefizz's picture as well (minus the "this looks like x" comments... I hate it when people do that to anyone's character)

I liked that picture too. I had started drawing Mikado and that pic popped up on my random faves. It was meant to be lol. And I hate when people say things like that. Its annoying. Especially since she can't even change the design, its someone elses character. So why even bother saying it

Oh, man... and the comments are pretty tense. I mean, how do you react to something like that under those circumstances? I'm glad the original artist stepped in. It's like if I drew someone's character and got a bunch of comments saying that. It only happened to me once, and the girl was a friend of the character's owner. There was one time someone said one of my characters looked like someone else's character because of the skull face. That annoyed me a bit, I can't imagine how it is with a bunch of people doing that.

I think she did well with comments. She didn't attack any of them back and just said the character wasn't hers to change. People need to realize not to attack the artist who did "gift" art. Its not fair. And I'm glad she stepped in too. Must have worked because no one said anything to me. Thank goodness XD

Nice! He inspired me to look up Platinum Foxes and change one of my characters to a platinum fox. This takes me back to the conversation we had about making a character simple, but unique... It's the reason my platinum fox went through so many revamps, lol.

Platinum foxes are great, but I'll probably avoid them because they all look so similar. I'm having trouble finding other color morphs though. I know there are others out there

Yep, that's why Xhimenes looks "complicated". I didn't want him to look like the bajillion other platinum fox characters out there. I know it is the character's personality that defines the character and not the design, but I also know the fine line of copying. I'm very partial to the platinum fox variation (most of my red fox OCs are a form of the platinum, lol)

I understand that. Although personality is important, I can kind of understand why someone might get upset. Especially if they put so much time and effort into a character and the other person hardly makes any changes. Its harder with the platinum foxes to make them original though. A lot of them look the same in real life.
