I love the way you managed to draw the pain on his face. I always struggle with that sort of stuff and the colourings great with all the blendings!
I ENVY YOU!
A few tips?

Thank you!
And as for tips? Well it depends on what you want tips on.

Coloring? Well for coloring, i like to make the shading smooth and blend it so that it looks smooth and not like I pressed on my pencil to hard, so what I use are soft coloring pencils ( the markerwent Studio and prisma)the when you get to a spot that you want to shade, slowly start to press harder making the color go darker smoothly. Soft coloring pencils are also great for blending and creating colors.

For drawing? Well every one has their own style, I say keep all your old work and in time you'll see what you could improve, what you like about it etc... That way you'll develop your own cartoon/anim style and look at other styles and take what you like from them and mix it with yours. Basically, practice. Your hand can't always accomplish what your mind wants to see, in time your hand (that you use for drawing) will actually get more accurate and precise in its movements and thats what alot of ppl don't realize and then get discouraged.

Hope this helps.
