This character is actually pretty goofy yet epic at the same time, in my opinion.King Caesar feels like an original mammalian-kaiju, opposed to most of the reptilian and bug-like monsters in the franchise. His abilities are quite unique even if they do seem a bit silly on paper; absorbing projectiles and reflecting them back in the form of eye-lasers.
King Caesar's brick-texture was fairly simplistic to replicate, and his overall posture is slightly reminiscient of a dog or lion trying to stand-up on its hind legs. The style of his fur and mane don't have very many "royal curls", though I think the rich golden-color really suits it all, at least.
The design-name for this character-interpretation is "DragoShisa". This King Caesar is about 100 meters (330 feet) tall, which is almost as tall as Godzilla.

Not bad. I really like how you did the texture on the fur and the armored skin. I think the tail might be a bit too big, but other than that I think you did a very imaginative and interesting redesign
