It's sucks but I guess they can't just give a discount to everyone who works there straight away incase people decide to leave after a week

But on the plus side, along with that discount I also get to borrow games to play if we have 5 or more in stock!

Exactly, although if you were a gamer anyway then you'd wanna stick arond in a job that gives you adsicount on games for a fair maount of time, I'd imagine.
