The Beak was made of paper mache (Pappmaché) and as a backbone-served a bird mask. The glasses of the Beak are welders goggles.

well tell you dar that he is AWESOME , i when all of us grow up maybe we can do the same for our kids =3 , no kidding i have a friend that his son do cosplay and he its like 7-8 Years old , and his mom and dad do cosplay too and its a happy familly , but that its not the pointtell you dad that he make an awesome job ( i mean how many times you hear " my dad help me up with my cosplay doing this and this and that " first time here ) XD
