Celeste is daughter of Tien and Launch. She was born during the near end of DragonBall saga before Goku and Chichi got even married officially. Tien cause accident Tien during private training session after King Piccolo saga. Which during his training Tien blast part of mountain off with his ki and good size of land right on Launch head while she in Bad Girl form knocking she out. Tien quickly hurry to Kami House and take care of her. After two days Launch finally wake up to Tien sleep in chair next to her bed. Once she awaken Launch sneeze by mistake turn back to Good Girl form then flash of memories enter she mind. Thanks to hit on the head both good and bad version of Launch can now remember everything that other one has done over the years. After good version begin freak out which got Tien to wake up and help the poor girl care down. Once calm down they had talk exampling what happen and the good Launch started delevopling for Tien. Tien got to know both version of Launch's and they become close then begin dating. Sometime later Tien and Launch will eventually got married and begin their family. Launch had Celeste with her during World Martial Art tournament when Junior or Piccolo Jr enter.

Later on once Celeste got older Tien begin training her basic technques flight, ki control and few of his techinques. Celeste has master every one of her father, Krillin, even few Master Roshi technques. She often hang out with Tala and Taini as often as they can if they're not training. She wasn't allow to join the fight alongside Tala and Taini during the Saiyan Saga. She did go Namekian in order to bring back her father with Tala and Taini by fly in the at the last moments before they took off to space full speed.
Once back on Earth from Namekian hurt but alive. She got into trouble with her mother and was grounded until the start of Trunks/Androids Sagas.

Celeste is like both her parents combine. She has Tien talent in martial art and know how to use it to full power if needed. Celeste similar to her mother is when she sneeze her personality shift cause she hair to turn yellow and eyes green.
