Cosmic Energy: Neo can create, shape and manipulate cosmic energies to produce nearly any effect he desire, including the molecular restructuring and transmutation of matter, the manipulation of even entire galaxies across space and time, the creation of force fields. Neo can call upon the comets, meteors, asteroids, stars, moons, plants, nebula, quasars, and dark matter also use energy or as an attack. He can generate stellar winds, solar flares, and cosmic storms and invoke meteor showers. Cosmic energy gives him the ability of super speed as Sonic and Shadow also to breathe in outer space. (Limits he unable to create or form planets and inhabitation into existence. Cosmic energy is first he has since he was 1 year old.)

Realm: Realm is actually dimensional manipulation (thought sound better) power used for travel to different universe, parallel worlds, and zones. Over the years this power have advanced him or whoever have this power to generate portal create pocket dimensional, even control space-time and much more. Neo love using portals that he calls gateway whenever he’s in a hurry or playing around sometime. Often when he gets into trouble or bad situation to get out it may by jumping into one portal or making person fall in one of them. He still is learning about this power so he can’t use it perfectly yet. He love playing prank in random people that he know often try get a cookies before dinner by put his hand in gateway to take some but his mother always caught him. (Realm is his second power obtain when he turn 3 years old.)

Sacred energy: Sacred energy or Holy Aura is a skill very few can attain. It is supposedly the most holy and powerful of all energy, the evolution of spirit and supernatural energy it is very hard to control. Neo can’t use it full power yet, he can only use supernatural energy at half power. Whenever he uses this energy have an affect on him, which causes his eyes to turn gold. This energy allows him to gain strength, the ability to heal himself or other from any kind of damage within matter of seconds or minutes, and can people inner power within them. (Sacred energy is third power obtain at age 4. There are no limits to this power the only down side at this age is he hasn’t master this power yet so it has a mind of its own and its activates when it wants depends on the situation. Sacred energy is third he was born with also the hardest to control.)

Chaos Force: Chaos Force is embodiment of Chaos Energy, the mystical power wielded by many inhabitants of Mobius. The natural link to the Chaos Force itself or by drawing upon a magical object that has such a link, such as a Chaos Emerald. Before Neo was born there was incident of a massive amount of Chao Emerald escape and enter dimensional space. Where Neo mother Delilah traveled back to her zone with her husband Tyru and her mother Diamond to get ready before giving birth to her second child. At that moment a large amount of chaos energy enter the dimensional stream and hit Delilah but instead of affecting her the energy merge her child with Neo. As infant Neo show signs of this power like telekinesis his bottle or toys he wanted to play with from across the room. He also flies sometime without warning like when he sleeping he will floating in air until he wakes up and land in his bed. Neo have some unique abilities with chaos energy one of them is if chaos user try to attack him with chaos energy it won’t harm Neo at all because he has the ability to absorb chaos energy. He also have abilities generate chaos energy at will, even manipulate chaos energy in various ways just like Shadow but it take him a while to figure out how to do it. Here are some other examples such as energy blast, enhance his physical attacks such punch or kick, and even chaos control. Neo is basely living chaos emerald he can do so much more even without use an emerald. The only down side to this power is when Neo use it his other powers are cut off. Neo can’t over use chaos energy or the power will cause him great pain tearing his body apart and make him sick. If that happen Chaos Neo will be unleashed. Light Speed Mode: In this mode Neo eyes turn navy blue plus his speed became equal to Sonic and Shadow speed. He cosmic energy is power up ten fold now. He reflex faster and sense is sharper than before like off of the matrix. Limitation is he other powers are not full strength.

Divide Mode: Neo is able to enter a state by use sacred energy that causes him to be unstoppable in a battle with capabilities that surpass the limits of fighting. Due to this power he may be resisted to virtually resist to any physical attacks. In this mode Neo is in total control over his sacred energy give him the same or more godly strength and power to defeat his target. He like one-man army in this mode and healing ability is automation. The limitation is his speed has been cut half but his flight is no problem and can’t use other power at full strength.

Chaos Neo: When Neo transform into his Chaos version another personality is awaken which is very similar but different of both Shadow and Fleetway Super Sonic. The transformation is triggered by overloading of too much chaos energy and his emotion whenever he feels weak, angry, or helpless this form awakens within him. He can use power over chaos energy 100% he know more moves than any number of ways to use chaos energy than Neo. He has the same abilities and powers over chaos energy just like Shadow and Fleetway Super Sonic without even going super. He just want to protect Neo and have freedom often want to “play” which mean have all out battle he really enjoy fighting a lot. Limitation is if someone calms him or wait until time limited pass he will return back to normal. After Chaos Neo is gone it leave Neo vulnerable and exhausted depend on how long he stay in that form he needs sometime to recharge.
