This is my first base, and I've never actually used a base before, so I hope it turned out okay and isn't difficult to use. D: Sorry I didn't do any shading, and I apologize for only doing one gender. >.<

I'm really bad at drawing bodies, so I thought making a base would give me practice.

I know there's already some Po Pi Po bases in existence, but I wanted to give it a go, too.

As for how to animate it...you could always use Windows Movie Maker/MS Paint or Flash or something. Or if you want it as a GIF image, I used LunaPic . *shrugs*
