Description
Hey fellas! Long time no see! Especially on the Dragontry related front. (Don't worry, chapter 4 IS coming. Life, work, and school all kinda blindsided me. But I'm getting back on the horse. Or. Dragon.)Which brings me to an exciting announcement - on April 10, next Tuesday, I'm going to launch my Kickstarter to fund the first printing of Dragontry! It'll be a comic book of Chapter 1. I already got the proof copy, and it looks gorgeous! I'm so excited. I'm planning on selling the comic for the first time at the Anime Oasis anime convention in Boise, Idaho, at the end of May. This Kickstarter is to fund the printing of the comic books.
Some of the rewards will be, of course, your own signed copy of the comic; a never-before-seen Dragontry art piece print; and even art commissions. It's my very first Kickstarter, so a lot of it I'm playing by ear and hoping will be successful. Or if not successful, will hopefully be a source of learning for future Dragontry printing funding.
Keep an eye out for it!

Hey, I'm retailer in the US and I was curious if you'll have a Retailer tier? We love to see those on Kickstarters and they make it easier for us to promote awesome independent books!

I don't have a Retailer tier currently, but I'll look into adding one before launch! Thank you!

Thanks! Rayne-Tam told me about this and Retailer tier is always the first thing we look for. <3

Anything you look for specifically in a retailer tier? As this is my first Kickstarter experience, I'm gathering as much information as I can. ^^

Sorry for the slow reply, I only just saw this. What I've seen in most retailer tiers is 5-10 copies priced at what would be 50-70% of retail price. EX. If you would sell the book at a convention for $20, price the tier at about $10-$14/book.Β
Other awesome to include at retailer tier is posters or bookmarks to draw interest either ahead of the print release or at the time of release.
