A group of sciencists on the progress of developing a perfect dragon lifeform...the rune around it body is specially design to absorb/radiate all sort of energy in the area...
Well at first i dun have any idea what it name should be at first..

i dun have a scanner too...everytime need to take an hour trip to school(usually 3 hr in total for back and forth) just to have some picture scan lol...
